    Paul Mitchell, like all wingnuts, actually believes that deliberately cultivating his own ignorance makes him “better” than other people.

    If there is some specific reason why such imbeciles should not be mocked, I’d certainly like to know what it is.

    Mitchell assumes a great deal. Of course, his biggest assumption is that he’s competent to comment on anything from a position of deliberate and abject ignorance.

    How hard it must be to live one’s life in total ignorance of reality. Paul Mitchell is clearly deserving of our pity —  and our contempt.
