• Isaiah 13:16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled and their wives ravished.

  God does it. He even commands it! Just because babies and even children don’t always understand or participate in adult situations, they are always guilty of whatever crimes their parents commit.
