Cao exposes her racist core

Scratch a far right-wing extremist, find a bigot. It’s always been true, and never moreso than in the case of Cao. From her private little sewer well beyond the lunatic fringe, she finds it necessary to inform us that “Obama is a descendant of Arab Slave traders”:

Now with all that nonsense about blacks and Obama’s joining in the fight against their 300 years of oppression when Americans don’t have slaves but Arabs still do, you just have to wonder what it is Trinity was thinking when they welcomed Obama with open arms into their church of black liberation theology… The idea that black people will be ruling over this nation is not that far-fetched, considering the black nationalist movement that Malcolm X supported. Obama’s plagiarism of Malcolm X’s speeches should give people an indication of just where this all comes from, and it doesn’t bode well for people who aren’t black.

Of course, Cao supplies no evidence whatsoever for the claim in the title of her post — apparently we are to believe that “Arab = slave trader” is a given. What’s even more disgusting is that Obama’s racial ancestry is of intense interest to Cao and her fellow bigots: she speaks of having researched the matter on “a number of websites pointing out [Obama’s] racial heritage”. Clearly, racism is at the core of the anti-Obama hysteria so prevalent among many of the wingnuts.

In this society, civilized people don’t hold a man responsible for his ancestry. The sins of the father are not visited upon the children — unless one is a far-right wingnut racist like Cao, who is too intellectually stunted to conceive of an argument that is not based in fear and hatred of the Other.

Hate on, Cao. It’s the only talent you really have.
