Combine that with the fact that American private health insurance companies (the hundreds of them that replicate each other's work) must all negotiate drug prices separately and the result is, again, no buyers have the scale to take a bite out of prices. What's even more absurd (and pathetic) is that big dog approves of this wealth transfer into the pockets of corporations. In fact, he's happy about it. What a sheeple he is. If I owned a large # of shares in a drug company, I'd be laughing at his stupidity and counting the money that he has enthusiastically given to me.
