I wish whenever someone said something stupid like 'Al Qaeda will take over Iraq' or they'll 'control oil supplies' or 'Obama will enforce Sharia law' the person who is being subjected to such stupidity would simply ask 'How?'

There are rarely plausible scenarios that wingnuts give us to explain how such outlandish things could actually happen. Most of it is pure fantasy. McCain just represents that stupidity on a national level.

Of course, pointing out the fact that there is no plausible scenario that anyone can think of to justify their comments gets you blacklisted from their crappy blogs. In the case of McCain, he'd probably challenge the questioner to a duel.
