What can you say about a “man” who openly agitates for the murder of a judge?
Is such a “man” stupid?
Morally incompetent?
Simply unfit to live in a civilized society?
All three?
Misha has already made it clear that when the police do not do what Misha wants, they should be murdered. Now he wants a judge killed as well.
This is simply more of the eliminationist rhetoric of the sort that Dave Neiwert has been cataloging for years. Things like Misha are simply animals who have learned to type at a computer. When its rantings inspire someone to actually go out and commit a murder, will Misha accept even the slightest responsibility for the actions he prompted?
Not likely. Responsibility, like all other characteristics of a moral human being, are beyond the understanding of the repulsive subhumans that are the Mishas of this world.
UPDATE 07/29/07 4:03 PM EDT: And the lunacy continues. Misha has now issued a call to murder an Oregon district attorney.

I can empathize with the guy’s outrage, but this is also a fine example of how god belief fucks with the mind of its host. It’s not enough to work to right legal injustice … to identify failings in the system and fix ‘em … you must fantasize about acting the role of hammer of god.
Should guys like this get control of our government there will be more than a few dead child molesters, there will be no law and no justice but god’s—as interpreted by the minds of insanely fucked-up people.

And your last paragraph, Mel, is as excellent a summary of the reasons to keep religion and the state as far apart as possible as I have ever seen. Thanks.

Let me see if I understand this….
A judge released the serial-rapist of a 7-year-old girl, because ‘the court’ was unable to find a suitable interpreter for said rapist’s native language within 3 YEARS (somehow necessary despite the fact that said rapist attended HS & college in the US) ...
That’s RELEASED – as in dismissal of charges – as in cannot hitherto be tried for repeatedly raping this 7-year-old-girl …
But somehow MISHA is the unthinking animal in this story?
For unleashing HYPERBOLE to the tune of “This ‘judge’ need not continue walking the earth” ?
A story of a serial-child-rapist being released by an obviously incompetent judge… and you reserve you outrage for MISHA?
Perhaps you should re-examine your priorities.

“But somehow MISHA is the unthinking animal in this story?”
Yes, it is.
Misha is incapable of understanding — or simply refuses to accept — that we live in a society where laws govern, and the desire for vengeance does not. It has not stopped to think what a society in which anyone could kill anyone else for any slight, real or imagined, would be like.
It is indeed unable to think rationally about this subject, and it is in fact allowing its animal nature to rule its behavior.
The urge to take bloody vengeance against someone accused of a crime, especially an assault on a child, is certainly understandable. We have laws in order to prevent the chaos that would ensue if everyone acted on those urges without consequence. Misha insists that we must now ignore those laws and commit crimes to satisfy his thirst for something it calls “justice”, but is in fact nothing more than cold-blooded murder.
Perhaps you should re-examine your own, obviously defective, sense of morality and responsibility.

And again, since you’ve chosen to glide past it the first time:
“A story of a serial-child-rapist being released by an obviously incompetent judge… and you reserve you outrage for MISHA?”
And has your obviously overwhelming hatred of Misha so clouded your perception as to reduce, by comparison, a serial-child-rapist being released by an obviously incompetent judge – to the level of a “slight, real or imagined” – or is your abrupt style just lending that appearance to your words?
I’m far more outraged by the facts & disposition of the case than I could EVER be at what, at its base, amounts to name-calling.
Sense of morality and responsibility – zero-defects.

Ah, damn.
You’re one of those “edit-the-original-comment-rather-than-stand-by-it-or-amend-in-later-comments” types.
That’s too bad.

Perhaps it wouldn’t be such a “slight” if it were tm’s gutz ripped by the perv’s “point of intellect”.
Is that the meat that does your thinking?
Heck, he could be a victim for real.

I’m sorry, tell me again… when was Kanneh convicted?

I chose the word ‘slight’ deliberately. I have yet to see any lower limit to the perceived insult that will prompt Misha and its ilk to demand the death whomever has given offense.
“Sense of morality and responsibility – zero-defects.”
The mark of incompetence is that it does not know of its own existence, nor does it even entertain the possibility that it exists.
“You’re one of those “edit-the-original-comment-rather-than-stand-by-it-or-amend-in-later-comments” types.”
Nope. I have one of those web sites that two people can use at one time. It’s a tough concept. I typed it slow, just for you.

Bravo Thinking Meat! And it’s not over yet! 3 years in jail awaiting trial on an obviously false charge? Coincidence that he’s from Liberia where there THERE ARE NO WHITE PEOPLE?
The Most Reverand Al Sharpton will get involved and make sure this brown man will be HIGHLY REMUNERATED!

And the race for biggest redneck dumbass is a dead heat.
MB, I think these fellows might actually be trying to make a point … but what exactly? That the allegations of child rape are very bad? Not quite that obvious. They seem to be suggesting that anyone who is not for the raping and hanging of judges is for child rape.
Fuckin’ retards.

Mel/Meatbrain,
I’m going to do this one more time – small words – real slow:
– Charges of child rape dropped, not because man was found Not Guilty, but because the court took too long to find an interpreter (for a man who speaks english).
– Misha gets mad – says angry things.
– Meatbrain says that angry said-things are the REAL thing to get mad about – not the dismissal of child-rape charges, so Meatbrain will be mad at Misha.
– MuscleDaddy says “You are getting over-mad at the wrong thing – letting accused child-rapist go without trial is WORSE than saying angry things.”
– Meat says MuscleDaddy is not moral & responsible for saying that.
There, hopefully that will help you understand – whether or not you get past your Misha-hating fog to accept it … doubtful.
I leave you now to your obscurity – see you next time you troll for hits!

“Misha gets mad – says angry things.”
Of course, minimizing Misha’s statements has to be a part of any campaign to paint it as the victim here. What Misha did was go considerably beyond “say[ing] angry things”. It demands that a judge be murdered. This is not the act of a moral being who understands the need to live within a society governed by laws rather than animal passions.
“Meatbrain says that angry said-things are the REAL thing to get mad about – not the dismissal of child-rape charges, so Meatbrain will be mad at Misha.”
Um, no. I said no such thing. “MuscleDaddy”, like so many of his kind, decides that lying about what someone else has said is so much easier than dealing with what they actually did say.
Perhaps “MuscleDaddy” can explain the morality of his decision to lie.

We’ll wait for Cheapshot911 to point out the exact statement I made in which I ”[cried] victimhood”. He’ll have to lie to do so, of course.

There was no lie, other than your attempts to obfuscate the very message of your post.
Any reasonable person would make that conclusion reading what you wrote.
Your demand for syntaxed text to that precise effect and predisposition for editing your stuff on-the-run is,, well, amateurish, but cute.
Thanks. You make a tasty chew-toy on a slow evening.

False. MuscleDaddy claimed:
“Meatbrain says that angry said-things are the REAL thing to get mad about – not the dismissal of child-rape charges, so Meatbrain will be mad at Misha.”
Yet there is no point in my post, nor the comments that followed, in which I stated that the dismissal of the charges was not something to be upset about. MuscleDaddy lied. Cheapshot911 defends the lie.

Meat,
you tell them.
You know, reading your support of this UNconvicted rapist, maybe you can do me a favor and hook me up. I’m in the Maryland area…and you seem resourceful.
I want to show the public he can hang out with my 7,5, and 16 month old daughters. He’s educated in one of the US’s fine college institutions and hot. Good enough for me.
You’ve convinced me!
Misha is a big meanie. Isn’t what he said against the law? I think you should turn him in. Since you seem knowledgable and I am now curious, what law would that be? Libel, slander, or assault. It’s not battery. He hasn’t done anything…yet. Save her life!
You rednecks!

By all means, please: Show me exactly where I expressed any support for the accused.
It’s very telling that you cannot distinguish between supporting the rule of law and supporting accused criminals.
