He’s still on line.

No, you lying reptilian bitch. He’s back online after his former ISP, 1&1, shut down his blog. That’s a matter of record.

CBS News: “Media critic Spocko became one of the most searched people on Technorati after his blog, Spocko’s Brain, was shut down by The Walt Disney Company.”

MediaDailyNews: “Neil Simpkins, spokesperson for ISP provider 1&1 Internet, says his company received the same letter from ABC Radio that was sent to Spocko’s Brain, citing unauthorized use of copyrighted material. He says 1&1 gave Spocko one week to pull the material, and when he did not, the ISP pulled his site Jan. 2.”

EFF: “ABC-corporate struck back, sending a vague, threatening letter [PDF] to his hosting company, 1&1 Internet, who promptly shut him down instead of standing up for his rights. (Spocko, now back online, subsequently moved his business to Computer Tyme, a host with more backbone.)”

I will note here that according to Spocko, he did comply with the request from 1&1 and pulled all the audio files. They took down his site anyway. I have no independent way to confirm this, but guess what, Cao: You’re a confirmed liar. Spocko isn’t.

When, Cao? When are you going to learn that you cannot lie with impunity? You’re just too fucking stupid to lie with any chance of success. Why don’t you try honesty for a change? I know, I know… it would be a massive lifestyle change for you, and God knows you’ve never had any practice at it.

…the ISP, 1&1 Internet, acted after receiving complaints from ABC Radio that the posted material violated the Walt Disney Company’s copyright. However, the operator of the site, who goes by the online name “Spocko,” insisted that the audio postings represented “fair use” and maintained that Disney had acted because KSFO advertisers whom he had contacted, including Netflix, MasterCard, Bank of America, and Visa, have already withdrawn advertising from the station.

And still you lied. What possible justification can you have for this utter, wanton act of complete dishonesty and disrespect for your readers?

Say what you mean, lying bitch: you want your lies to go unremarked upon. Ain’t gonna happen. My comments, and my emails to you, will continue. I’m not interested in your wishes, Cao. I’m interested solely in making certain that your lies end up right back in your face.

The simple fact is that you lied about Spocko. He reported truthfully that his site was taken down. You posted that fact yourself — and then decided to ignore it when it was expedient to claim that Spocko had lied.

If you feel ‘insulted’ that I’ve called you a liar, there is a very simple solution: just stop lying. I know that will be a challenge for you. Frankly, I don’t expect you to even try to tell the truth. And I expect that if you do try, you’ll fail. Dishonesty has been a part of your character for far too long now. But who knows? Maybe, if you did try to be truthful, you might succeed. Unlikely, but they say that miracles can still happen…
