These guys don’t even feign objectivity. They can’t possibly read half or even a quarter of what they copy and paste. Here, for example, RealTean manages to spell “propaganda” wrong throughout his screed despite the material he quotes including the correct spelling. Does he really expect people to believe he’s paying close attention to the issues?

What is most amusing to me is that even as the nation becomes increasingly and openly fed up with the bumblefuck incompetence and lies of the Bush administration, America’s failed efforts overseas, and Bible-waving idiots intent on mucking up the nation’s classrooms, biomedical labs and more, these guys not only think they speak for the majority, but that their semicoherent yammering will actually make a dent in the ACLU’s machinations. I can see the transitory advantages in possessing the capacity for titantic self-delusion and victim-mongering, but on the whole I’m glad I wasn’t born to grow up messy in the head like one of these good, kind citizens.

Nor am I the one who finds it necessary to make death threats against those with whom I disagree.

Given that you lie, and that you make threats when your lies do not suffice, why would anyone want to engage you in any kind of civilized debate? How would it even be possible to engage you in civilized debate? That is a skill you simply do not possess.

That’s OK…..it’s what we expect from people such as yourself….

As you might guess, mens carnis, I’ve also had comments deleted and modified, trackbacks denied, and usernames nuked at StopTheACLU.com and its dingleberry sub-blogs, even after sticking to the posted rules. This is not especially bothersome or unexpected, but it’s revealing: Here we have a group of proud bigots, tireless warmongers and ersatz holy rollers whose members live for nothing other than a never-ending series of linkfests, blogbursts, impotent tirades against a phantom enemy, and mutual back-slapping; yet despite their stated faith in their own cause and numbers, these bastions of integrity and courage react to informed dissent in the same way as vampires react to sunlight. As you’ve learned, their braggadocio is inversely proportional to their willingness and ability to answer direct, to-the-point questions from “commie athiest libs” like us. If nothing else, they are a spot-on perfect reflection of the administration that has duped them cleanly and irrevocably into voting in its favor: Dishonest, mercenary, and hypocritical in every way imaginable.
