This is hilarious. In virtually every one of his comments, Kender emphasizes that MeatBrain is unintelligent and that he and his fellow fringe-dwellers are MeatBrain's "betters." I wonder if he's aware of how glowingly evident his desperation is. Also, he aparently believes that offering such judgments in lieu of actually addressing points that MeatBrain makes is a useful or at least clever rhetorical tactic. Oops? Not so.

Face it, fellas. MeatBrain has your number, you can't keep up, and every time you read one of the entries here it drives you ever further into downtown Nutsville.

bq. Hiibel upholds the ability of the police department to hold people that don't produce ID for the purpose of ascertaining their identity.

False. The _Hiibel_ decision notes explicitly that there is no requirement to produce ID:

bq. [T]he Nevada Supreme Court has interpreted NRS §171.123(3) to require only that a suspect disclose his name... As we understand it, "the statute does not require a suspect to give the officer a driver’s license or any other document":http://supct.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/03-5554.ZO.html". Provided that the suspect either states his name or communicates it to the officer by other means -- a choice, we assume, that the suspect may make -- the statute is satisfied and no violation occurs.

Kender wrote:

bq. Arresting people for not identifying themselves is NOT against either the 4th or 5th amendment, which is what Hiibel was trying to state with his suit.

Irrelevant. You claimed "that citizens are legally obligated to carry identification", and cited _Hiibel_ as the source of this requirement. _Hiibel_ imposes no such requirement, as anyone who actually reads the decision will see.

Which federal statute or court decision requires US residents to carry ID? Insults will not prove your point for you. Only producing the relevant statute or decision will... and you still have not done that.

How you continue to breathe and type at the same time is beyond me, because for all of the words that you spew into cyberspace, it appears that you are, at best, on a par with amoebic dysentery for intelligence.

We did not discuss ramifications, Kender. We discussed content.

You claimed that the Hiibel decision requires anyone in the US to carry ID, when in fact it states the exact opposite.

When will you produce the federal statute or court decision that requires US residents to carry ID at all times?

<img src='/images/kendermonkey100x100.jpg' width='100' height='100' class='floatleft'/> It isn't my problem if you can't understand the ramifications of a SCOTUS decision.

Now I pause to wonder just how deep your mental capabilities are....I am guessing that it pretty much ends at wondering how long it is before your play-doh dries out devising plans to make more when your mom runs to the store.

We've been through this, Kender. Someone like yourself, who "outright lies about the content of a Supreme Court decision":http://thinkingmeat.net/2006/04/09/kender-prevaricates/, simply is not qualified to declare which arguments are 'coherent' and which are not.

<img src='/images/kendermonkey100x100.jpg' width='100' height='100' class='floatleft'/> no....I just enjoy taking away what little power you have to try to get someone to agree with your drivel.....face it, you're a moron, a boob, a cretin, a, as Bugs would say, maroon.

I simply enjoy causing you exasperation because I am firmly of the opinion that you have bloomed to full fruit, have reached the pinnacle of your intellectual ability, and since you sorely lack in those areas, there is nothing to be gained by dealing with you in any way that resembles anything but the same level of coddling patience that one reserves for a snot-nosed neighbors child that constantly wants to tug on your pants and show you that it now understands one plus one.....

bq. Also, stop mirroring the content of my site on your site, or I will be looking into legal action for stealing copyrighted material.

Your site is not copyrighted. You have specifically permitted the copying of your site in the policy statement that appears in the right sidebar of your home page:

bq. *All material on this site is the sole property of REAL Teen, and may be copied on ANY site as long as that site cites this blog as the source of that material.*

I have cited your blog as the source of the pages I mirrored, obviously.

You are making a threat that you cannot possibly carry out. Perhaps your credibility would be less damaged if you did not allow your anger to do your typing for you.

bq. I DIDNT DO THE FORGERY YOU MORON.

I didn't accuse you of the forgery, Justin. I merely noted that it happened at the same time that the "glitch" was operating.

bq. Don't blame me for comments on my site, which I do not moderate.

False. Your own policy states:

bq. *REAL Teen has the right to re-print, edit, or delete any comments that are made on the blog. There will always be a notice given if a comment is edited, however one will not be given if it is re-printed or deleted. Edited comments are thus not nescessarily the opinion of the original poster.*

And now you have deleted the trackbacks I left this morning. Clearly, you _do_ moderate your comments. You merely wish to pretend that you do not.

bq. I offered for you to repost them, but you didn't.

Also false. <a href="http://www.rightontheright.com/real/index.php/?p=990#comment-9052">I reposted the first comment</a>; your "glitch" did manage not to delete it again. Two more comments went missing *after* I pointed out the first deletion. The "glitch" is highly selective. I have merely pointed out its selectivity.

If you do not want some obvious inferences drawn from the behavior of the "glitch", then fix it.
